To be a comic is an artform, to share to strangers and make them think and laugh is such a wow! This was a spontaneous find, I was a given a flyer that was placed in hand at 8pm and was able to catch Seaton Smith’s stand-up show, “Trauma Bonding” by 8:30pm From the moment he stepped on stage, he knew how to grab the the audience . Shared stories that were both personal and relatable. His unique perspective on life in the UK and The States. Placing you to reflect and laugh at his takes on everyday situations.His mixed humor with deeper themes shared conversations about resilience and the weirdness of life. He tackled some serious subjects with such charm and wit. The way he connected with the audience made it feel intimate, as if we were all in on the joke together. I left the performance feeling entertained, but also with a sense of contemplation about the connections we form through shared experiences. Seaton Smith made me appreciate the blend of humor and depth, and I’m so glad I stumbled upon this
